• In March, the Trylon Cinema in Minneapolis is paying tribute to an influential French filmmaker with the series François Truffaut: Delicate Revolutionary. Kicking off the theater’s monthlong survey of five of Truffaut’s greatest films is a weekend of the wonderful, endlessly rewatchable Jules and Jim, showing March 1–3. An exuberant tale of a ménage à trois that plays out like a visual evocation of the way love feels, the movie, starring the legendary Jeanne Moreau, is a hot blast of the spirit of the French New Wave.
