• With summer on the way and Richard Linklater’s hotly anticipated new film, Before Midnight, opening later this month, it’s a good time to revisit the director’s rollicking 1976-set comic classic Dazed and Confused. And those in the San Francisco Bay Area can experience Dazed and Confused and its dynamite soundtrack on the big screen when it plays tomorrow, May 3, at the historic Castro Theatre. Enjoy an iconic moment from Linklater’s film below—a short but crucial scene that helped make Matthew McConaughey a star.
