Fans of Jim Jarmusch in the Columbus, Ohio, area may want to steam down to the Wexner Center for the Arts tonight for a release party for Criterion’s new DVD and Blu-ray special editions of Mystery Train. Our technical director Lee Kline and senior producer Susan Arosteguy will be onstage at 7 p.m. to discuss their work on this release, followed by a 35 mm screening of Jarmusch’s comic ode to Memphis. And if you show up early, you’ll get to take part in the Wexner’s daylong Criterion Collection sale (Wexner members get 30 percent off list prices; everyone else gets 20 percent off).
