David Forgacs

David Forgacs is Zerilli-Marimò Professor of Contemporary Italian Studies at New York University. He is the author of the BFI Film Classics volume on Roberto Rossellini’s Rome Open City. His other contributions for Criterion include a commentary for Michelangelo Antonioni’s Red Desert and interviews for Federico Fellini’s La dolce vita and Antonioni’s Le amiche.
