    Great idea, his commentary on Early Summer is a personal favorite of mine. I didn't realize he did a commentary for When a Woman Ascends the Stairs, I'd love to hear that.
    This was a real heartbreaker today, his work with Criterion certainly consists of some of the finest scholarly contributions to the Collection.

    The Drunken Angel commentary is the one of most interest to those who want to know about how Ritchie became so involved in the cinema world of his adopted country; he talks extensively about visiting the set and meeting key personnel.

    It should be noted that DR had some wonderful and insightful things to say that were in the extras on the releases of Harakiri and Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters.

    Also, don't forget his invaluable contribution of English-language narration for Obayashi's "Emotion," which is an extra on House.
