Spirited Away in the Criterion Collection?! I'm not sure if they have already Criterionized full-length animated films but the inclusion of Hayao Miyazaki's works would be nice additions to the collection.

The leopard is blue - so that might mean blu-ray. The desert - the sand - is red (red lines.) "Red Desert" by Antonioni?

Seven Samurai - I recall CC mentioning Seven Samurai coming to blu-ray later this year, but being delayed because the restoration took longer than expected. I also spy (as others have): Paris, Texas The Red Shoes reissue blu-ray M blu-ray The Leopard

"HOTEL" might be an allusion to the forthcoming Vivre sa vie. http://www.criterion.com/shop_products/73 The word appears on a sign above the credits on this poster. Any thoughts?

I believe that motorcycle style is modeled off of Harold and Maude, particularly the poster if you google image "Harole Et Maude". But that's just my guess. Though I don't think they plan on releasing that on criterion, as much my Girlfriend would rejoice.

There's also a blue axe in the tree stump. A blu-ray of what? What has an axe and a tree stump? The samurai with "The Red Shoes" and the blue sword could mean a blu-ray of "The Red Shoes" and/or the already announced "Yojimbo/Sanjuro" and "Seven Samurai" on blu-ray. The dog as man in the blue t-shirt with a star on it: "My Life as a Dog?" Not sure what the star is for, though.

And I know it's a long-shot, but... Anyone think that the guy with the plant pot could be Teshigahara? You know, since his dad was the famous flower arrangement artist? Again, I wish.

I know this is kind of a shot in the dark, but is there any chance Criterion would rerelease Terrence Malick's "The Thin Red Line"? If taken literally, the multitude of 'thin red lines' clearly represents that...

They recently said that they would be releasing a John Ford film, but which one? Aside from the tires on the motorcycle; the primary colors featured in this are blue, white, and red. Could this be hinting at the Three Colors Triolgy?
