The Criterion Collection

I'm a poor college student with too many obsessions for my bank account. I just recently got into the history of film and have found it to be extremely rewarding thus far. I tend to like movies that are expressionistic, surreal, or just plain creepy. I'm also a huge alternative rock geek. Anything goth, shoegaze, dream pop, punk, post punk, trip hop, slowcore, or chamber pop is right up my alley. Some favorite bands include The Smiths, The Cure, Red House Painters, Cocteau Twins, The Radio Dept., Dead Can Dance, Slowdive, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Tsunami, +/-, Portishead, Pixies, Joy Division/New Order, The Like Young, Kaki King, Fireside, Hum, The Appleseed Cast, and anything Rob Crow does. I may also be a closet pro wrestling fan. >_>
