The Criterion Collection

I'm a writer (plays, fiction) who always wanted to make movies, but my gifts are verbal rather than visual. I learn, however, from everything, and the amazing stories found in the Criterion Collection are a treasured library, to me, of global thoughts, emotions, and tales...visions and voices of the past and present that instruct me, inspire me, and entertain me. My notes on the films I own focus on what each has taught me and/or changed the way I think about life and Art, and how I create both.
