That rarity--a Hollywood native--a lifelong film buff currently living and working in San Diego, I've been a Criterion fanatic since the halcyon days of laserdisc--in fact my very first Criterion purchase was their very first laserdisc release: "Citizen Kane" (Spine Numero Uno!).
