My first Criterion purchase ever was "Time Bandits" on DVD many, many years ago and it slowly expanded to just a handful more: Notorious, Monty Python's Life of Brian, Carnival of Souls, Robocop, Brazil, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Spartacus, Silence of the Lambs, Ruling Class, Royal Tenenbaums, Rules of the Game. I loved them all dearly but stoppped collecting... Fast forward about a decade browsing around a local record shop and finding used (but practically new) Criterion Blu-Rays, so I re-started my collection (support small/support local). Although I have yet to see all of them I can say that there hasn't been one that I haven't liked or appreciated in some way and I always look forward to the next great find that shows up at the shop....
