Literary by trade, film buff by persuasion. I like artsy, avant-garde "films" that are accessible and crowd-pleasing as much as I enjoy entertaining, energetic "movies" with an allusive, poetic core. Sometimes I just want to be blown away, other times it's all about quiet absorption. I'm a sucker for breathtaking photography, pacing (methodical or breakneck), and a killer soundtrack. And now, a guided tour through my beloved bowling trophies.
