As we plunge into the 21st century and get inundated with mind boggling CGI effects and well worn plots, I find myself watching movies where filmmakers had to use guile and brains to create the desired atmosphere and plot instead of just plugging something into a computer for a desired look. In my humble opinion, the following movies will always stand the test of time.
