A Monstrous Mother’s Day

Put down that Hallmark greeting card and head over to Museum of the Moving Image in New York this Sunday for Mother’s Day. For the holiday, the museum is showing a terrifying trio of films with a maternal theme, including Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho, David Cronenberg’s The Brood, and, of course, Roman Polanski’s Rosemary’s Baby, starring Mia Farrow as a young newlywed with a particularly complicated pregnancy. Watch our Three Reasons video for this mother of a horror classic.
