As impressed as I was by "Blue", "Red" is the one of the trilogy that I really could not do without in my life after I saw it. It is inexplicable to me that Irene Jacob didn't become a bigger international star, and that so few of the movies she was in after "Red" were at all worthy of her talent (see "The Inner Life of Martin Frost" for a particularly grotesque example).
